Power allocation and temporal fair user group scheduling for downlink NOMA

Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) has been proposed as a new radio access technique for cellular networks an alternative to OMA (Orthogonal Access) in which the users of group (pairs or triples are considered this paper) allowed use wireless channel simultaneously. In paper, downlink single-input single-output SISO-NOMA, heuristic power allocation algorithm within is first attempts ensure that benefit from simultaneous transmission equally terms achievable throughput. Moreover, user scheduling NOMA systems by be dynamically selected while satisfying long term temporal fairness among individual contending users. The effectiveness method along with fair validated simulations and performance impact transmit coverage radius base station well number thoroughly studied.
